Rail Transit

Ni-Cd industrial storage batteries-resistance to extreme environments, strong abuse resistance

Rail transit is one of the most demanding fields for battery applications. Operating in all-weather conditions with continuous vibration and extreme temperature swings, the battery systems must offer top-tier safety redundancy (e.g., fire and explosion resistance), an ultra-long cycle and float service life exceeding a decade, and stable output across a wide temperature range (e.g., -40°C to 60°C). They provide power not only for auxiliary systems like lighting, air conditioning, and door controls but also serve as the critical backup power source to ensure emergency ventilation, safety lighting, and continuous operation of vital control systems in case of primary power failure, safeguarding passenger safety and operational integrity.

Recommended Battery Types:

Nickel-Cadmium (Ni-Cd) Battery (traditional).

Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) Battery (mainstream),
